Child Safety Standards

Reporting child sexual abuse or exploitation
If you believe a Toadee account, message, photo, or profile involves the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child, report it immediately to support@rysoft.pro. Reports are treated as our highest priority.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. In the United States you can also report directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at CyberTipline.org or 1-800-843-5678.
1. Our Commitment
Toadee is operated by Rysoft. Toadee is a service for adults to discover venues, order and pay, and connect socially. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.
These standards set out what is prohibited, how anyone can report a concern, how we respond, and how to reach us. They apply to every part of the Service, including profiles, photos, direct messages, social feed posts, and any other user-generated content.
2. Prohibited Conduct and Content
The following are strictly prohibited on Toadee and will result in immediate account termination and, where required, referral to the appropriate authorities:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), in any form, including images, video, text, or links.
- Sexualization of a minor, including sexualized commentary about, or depictions of, anyone under 18.
- Grooming — building a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation or abuse.
- Sextortion, or threatening to share intimate imagery of a minor.
- Solicitation of a minor for sexual purposes, or attempting to arrange a meeting with a minor for such purposes.
- Trafficking of a minor, or facilitating, advertising, or arranging it.
- Sharing, requesting, or directing others to CSAE material hosted anywhere, on or off Toadee.
- Impersonating a minor, or misrepresenting an adult account as belonging to a minor.
This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. Any conduct that endangers or sexualizes a child is prohibited whether or not it is named above.
3. Minimum Age
Toadee is intended solely for adults aged 21 and over, and parts of the Service relate to venues that serve alcohol. Accounts belonging to anyone under 21 are not permitted.
If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under 21, we will terminate that account and delete the associated personal information. If you believe a minor is using Toadee, please tell us at support@rysoft.pro.
4. How to Report a Concern
By email (all child safety concerns). Write to support@rysoft.pro. Please include any usernames involved and a description of what you saw. You do not need a Toadee account to report, and you may report anonymously.
In the app. You can report or block another user directly from their profile, from a direct message, or from a dating request. Reports go to our moderation queue for human review.
Please do not download, copy, or forward suspected child sexual abuse material in order to report it. Describe what you saw and where you saw it, and we will retrieve and preserve the material through our own systems.
5. How We Respond
Child safety reports take priority over all other moderation. When we receive one:
- We review it promptly, and we aim to act on credible reports of CSAE within 24 hours.
- Where a report is credible, we suspend the account immediately, before the review is complete.
- We remove the offending content from the Service.
- We preserve the account, content, and associated records as evidence for law enforcement, even after removing the content from public view.
- We permanently terminate confirmed violating accounts and take reasonable steps to prevent the person from returning.
6. Reporting to Authorities
Where we identify apparent child sexual abuse material, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline, consistent with our obligations under United States law, and we preserve the related records as required.
For users outside the United States, we report to NCMEC and cooperate with the relevant national authority or hotline for the jurisdiction concerned.
7. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
We cooperate with law enforcement and child protection agencies investigating child safety matters, and we respond to valid legal process. Where the law permits and a child's safety requires it, we may disclose account information without waiting for legal process.
8. Prevention
Alongside these standards, Toadee provides:
- In-app reporting and blocking of other users, direct messages, and dating requests.
- A human moderation review queue for reported accounts and content.
- Account suspension and permanent termination for violations.
- Escalating restrictions for users who accumulate credible reports from distinct reporters.
We keep these measures under review and strengthen them as the Service grows.
9. Point of Contact

10. Changes to These Standards
